A Picture Worth a Thousand Dollars... or More
Gaming is more than strategizing and mental clarity. It's bigger than just a click of a keyboard or a push of a button on a controller. In order to be prepared when going into the battlefield, a pristine setup is key. This can of course be achieved with a fully equipped system such as Playstation or Xbox, but the preferred route in this day and age is a gaming PC. This is most likely one that you built from scratch as well.
Gamers love aesthetics, especially in their setup. Whether they use liquid coolers, RGB strips, or decorate their case with stickers, we all love it when our setup matches and lights up. This isn't just about pretty colors of course, as gamers, we certainly love to boast about our specs, especially PC gamers. If you're not familiar with what PC specs are, they're essentially how fast and well your PC can run games.
Running a large game file such as Skyrim or even Call of Duty: Modern Warfare would require more expensive parts to a PC to run the game smoothly. This can deter people from gaming due to the expenses that came with building a PC, but they last for years on end. If PC building isn't your thing, grab the new PS5 or Xbox that's being released next month, both much cheaper than high-end PCs. Having the correct gear when gaming will help mold your experiences. This website here can help aid you in your PC building journey.
With that being said, I am in the middle of building a custom PC, but I currently game on a PS4 system and stream through my Twitch. Although the equipment is important, your squad also impacts your gaming experience. Finding the right teammates and having good chemistry is one of the best things you can do to bolster your game! I personally love playing with random people online, but when it comes to a competition I have my team to back me up.
Remember, your team and equipment are just as important as the game itself. If you have poor equipment or bad teammates, you won't be having fun! If you need help finding teammates, comment about your favorite game and your username so that way we can all play together!

I really enjoyed reading your post! I found it to be very informative since I had no idea that PC's were so expensive to build. While I don't have a gaming system set up, I do enjoy playing interactive games on my Nintendo Switch Lite. I also liked that you included how you should play with people online, but also have a set team to play COD. I prefer to play with random players online as well with Animal Crossing!
